About the role:
We are seeking an Account Strategist who will drive strategic marketing on behalf of our clients. They will be responsible for goal setting, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Account strategist must understand our client’s needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout the delivery of services, often on a weekly basis.
They will primarily manage work associated with marketing projects with our clients. The role will involve serving multiple accounts and the plethora of initiatives involved with serving account needs. Account Strategists report to account team leaders and work alongside Project managers to help our clients reach their goals. At the end of each day you’ll go home knowing you were a part of great work for clients who are making the world a better place.
Essential Skills and Duties:
- Help accounts set achievable, measurable goals for marketing campaigns
- Create actionable strategies and plans that help our accounts to achieve their goals
- Identify the key ways to measure the success of marketing campaigns through digital channels
- Be a constant learner always improving their marketing expertise
- Serve as the primary strategist for a roster of agency accounts
- Build strong relationships with their roster of accounts
- Find new opportunities for growth within their account roster
- Collaborate with Project Managers on the best ways to deliver work in a timely and effective manner
- Lead regular meetings (in person & virtual) with accounts
- Work alongside service team colleagues to deliver exceptional work in a timely manner
Skills and Experience considered a plus:
- Agency experience
- Marketing strategy experience
- Digital marketing, marketing and brand development experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, marketing or communications

We are seeking a Project Manager who will act as a critical link between our clients and our agency. They will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of services promised by us and paid for by our clients. The Project Manager must understand our client’s needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout the delivery of services, often on a daily basis. They will primarily manage work associated with marketing projects with our clients. The role will involve serving multiple accounts and the plethora of details involved with serving client needs. Project Managers report to more senior Project Management leaders and work alongside Account Strategists to help our clients reach their goals. At the end of each day you’ll go home knowing you were a part of great work for clients who are making the world a better place.
Essential Skills and Duties:
- Effectively and efficiently manage project details related to complex marketing services, including branding, creative marketing and business solutions for our clients
- Effectively managing and updating our task assignment tool with information from the clients and/or internal team
- Ability to work on a variety of projects while managing project details, deadlines, budgets and all communications
- Meet and interact with clients to discuss and identify their project requirements
- Work with agency colleagues to devise plans that meets the client's scope and budget
- Create and manage timelines
- Present alongside agency colleagues
- Act as the link between the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
- Write weekly and monthly client reports
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and projects when necessary or required
- Manage personal and agency administrative tasks including arranging and attending meetings

Email/CRM Specialist

This award-winning team is based in Nashville and brings together their expertise to reach audiences all over the globe.
About the Position:
As an Email and CRM Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Digital Team, collaborating with content, campaign and paid media specialists to create and optimize email marketing and CRM strategies for a diverse client portfolio. This role requires expertise in leveraging various email and CRM platforms to increase marketing reach and results, with an emphasis on HubSpot as a core platform. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled tactician, and adept problem-solver who excels at working across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing & Strategy:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with client objectives and audience needs.
- Build, test, and optimize email campaigns, workflows, and automations for diverse CRM and email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Virtuous, Slate, Klaviyo).
- Design emails, sequences, and drip campaigns with clear, impactful CTAs that connect to landing pages and marketing goals.
- Analyze and report on email performance metrics (e.g., deliverability, engagement, conversions) to guide optimizations.
CRM Management & Optimization:
- Act as a CRM advisor, helping clients select, configure, and optimize their CRM tools to meet business objectives.
- Design and implement workflows, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing strategies to enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure proper integration between email platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools for robust reporting and seamless functionality.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and recommend scalable solutions.
Client Collaboration & Training:
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing guidance on best practices for email marketing and CRM use.
- Train client teams on leveraging CRMs and email platforms for maximum impact.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and updates across email and CRM platforms to ensure clients remain competitive.
Internal Collaboration:
- Partner with content, media and campaign specialists to deliver cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the Creative Team to develop engaging email templates and assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Share insights and strategies across teams to enhance collective expertise and project outcomes.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Establish robust tracking systems to measure campaign effectiveness, ensuring accurate attribution and data integrity.
- Analyze campaign data and generate detailed performance reports with insights for optimization.
- Present campaign outcomes and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
- Expertise in HubSpot, with certification strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with other CRM and email platforms such as Slate, Virtuous, Classy, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
- Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, compliance, segmentation, and personalization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a proven track record of leveraging data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and advanced optimization techniques.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and how they integrate with CRM tools.
