We first conducted a market research survey to determine exactly what healthcare professionals thought of the TDH. We learned that the main hurdle we had to overcome was that people mistakenly believed working for the government was stale and impersonal. These are individuals who got into healthcare to help people, so we knew that the impact they could make had to be central to our messaging.
Armed with that knowledge, we crafted an omnichannel campaign leveraging television commercials, billboards, and digital ads unified under a unifying campaign statement:
Make Mondays matter.
Our campaign featured all kinds of healthcare providers — physicians, nurses, and administrators — genuinely enjoying their work and making a difference in their communities. That message resonated with the medical community, as we saw measurable success where it mattered most.
