The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on PR Manager to lead communications for a portfolio of clients, primarily in healthcare and healthtech. This role blends strategy, execution, and client leadership—you’ll shape messaging, run PR programs, and serve as a trusted advisor.

What You’ll Do

Lead PR and communications for assigned client accounts
Own client relationships, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Develop and execute PR strategies (annual, quarterly, and project-based)
Manage media relations, outreach, interviews, and coverage
Write and edit press releases, bylines, thought leadership, bios, and case studies
Collaborate with creative, digital, social, and strategy teams
Track results, measure impact, and report performance
Mentor junior team members and support a strong team culture
Stay current on healthcare, healthtech, and media trends

What You Bring

5–10+ years of PR or communications experience (agency experience preferred)
Experience with healthcare, healthtech, or regulated/mission-driven industries
Strong writing, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work
Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager who will act as a critical link between our clients and our agency. They will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of services to our clients. The Project Manager must understand our client’s needs and objectives and work closely with them throughout the delivery of services, often on a daily basis. They will primarily manage work associated with marketing projects with our clients. The role will involve serving multiple accounts and the plethora of details involved with serving client needs. At the end of each day you’ll go home knowing you were a part of great work for clients who are making the world a better place.

Essential Skills and Duties:

Effectively and efficiently manage project details related to complex marketing services, including branding, creative marketing and business solutions for our clients
Ability to work on a variety of projects while managing project details, deadlines, budgets and all communications
Meet and interact with clients to discuss and identify their project requirements
Work with agency colleagues to ensure deliver plans that meet the client’s scope, budget, and timeline
Create and manage timelines
Present alongside agency colleagues, as necessary
Act as the link between the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
Present creative work to clients for approval or modification
Write weekly and monthly client reports
Manage personal and agency administrative tasks including arranging and attending meetings

Skills and Experience considered a plus:

Agency experience
Previous project management experience
Digital marketing, marketing and brand development experience
