With nearly every problem we solve for our change maker clients, we learn something new. We gain fresh insights and find new ways to help them succeed. We’re go-getters by nature, so it’s tempting to always keep our eyes on the future. But we know it’s equally important to look back and see which strategies made the biggest impact.
