Aaron previously worked with HCA Healthcare, a $51 billion organization with 2,300+ sites of care. He has a track record of leading teams to implement significant efficiencies organization-wide, resulting in millions of dollars saved.

Aaron’s favorite part of his job is growing our 5by5 team and furthering our culture. He believes that culture and teamwork are the secret sauce that allow us to drive the best results for our change maker clients.
